Sports Performance Nutrition Coaching (Jan-Feb 2022)

Nutrition is the Foundation of Sports Performance.  In order to maximize performance, our bodies must be fueled with the right nutrients at the right time.  It is not possible to achieve your full potential without appropriate nutrition.  

The Rockford Hockey Club has partnered with Movement Fitness to provide nutritional education to our players with the goal of providing age appropriate nutrition coaching for the purpose of maximizing performance and reducing the risk of injury.

Week 1: Hydration | Macro Nutrient Guides (Jan. 11-13)

Week 2: Pre / Post Performance Fueling (Feb. TBD)

*Sessions will be held in the Riverview Ice House meeting room (unless otherwise communicated)*

The meetings will be available via zoom live and recorded for parents to join. 

Recording and links for quick guides will be sent to each player/family as a key takeaway for immediate action, and simplify to the message.
