2018-19 RHC Coaching lineup

As the VP of Coaching for the Rockford Hockey Club, I am excited to have the opportunity to work with our 2018-2019 coaching staff.  My goal is to actively work with the coaches in developing our players’ skills, attitudes and passion for the game.

  • Coaches will be accountable for professionalism and culture.
  • Monthly Coaches Meetings will be a regular part of their development where ideas, best practices, and issues will be reviewed and discussed.
  • Uniformity in skill development and curriculum.
  • Open lines of communication between the coaching staff and the VP of Coaching.

The overall goal is to maximize each player’s potential regardless of what team or level they play at in addition to increasing their enthusiasm for this great game.
